Executive Summary: Campus to Career – Student Programs by WE Hub

Campus to Career is the Urban Student vertical’s umbrella initiative, through which WE Hub offers a suite of structured, career-focused student programs to partnered colleges across Hyderabad and the Rangareddy district.

The framework brings together flagship and complementary initiatives—most notably the WE Enable Program—to strengthen employability, industry readiness, and long-term career pathways for women students through sustained academic partnerships.

Under the Campus to Career umbrella, WE Hub delivers a comprehensive set of interventions designed to support students and academic institutions across the career readiness continuum.

These include the WE Enable Program, AI Career Pathways for Women, exposure and industry immersion visits, international internship opportunities, entrepreneurship sensitization programs, and faculty development initiatives.

Together, these offerings ensure holistic engagement—addressing student skills, industry exposure, institutional capacity building, and emerging future-of-work competencies. As part of this initiative, WE Hub will host an MoU Signing Ceremony on 4th February 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, to formally onboard partner institutions for the implementation of WE Enable Program – Cohort 2.
